Well the hamtaro one is still fine, but smileys aka emoticons are supposed to be there to represent a mood, a state.

No one should ever feel like that, so that smiley lose purpose. Great art however.

And the other ones that are flashing are just plain annoying, the one dancing smiley is too big for my taste, the dj is big, but damn the cyborg one sucks and is huge.
Seriously most of them are great smileys, but somehow noobs like to use them in ultra improper situations. :strong: :OMG:
