Die Hard.
The Dictator.
It has its moments but as for the rest it's pretty low-brow slapstick. Only really good part was near the end when he explains why a dictatorship is beter than a democracy.

Drive Angry (2011)
A couple of ridiculous scenes, other than that it was fine...

Moonwalker

Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children
Just watched Prometheus. Nowhere near as good as Alien or Aliens, but still a pretty good blockbuster with some serious eye candy, and definitely the third best movie in the franchise for me. ^^;;; I don't really understand the hate it got from some fans. Reminded me a lot of the backlash that Xenosaga Episode 1 got when it was released and people found out that it wasn't actually a direct prequel to Xenogears, but more of a reimagining with lots of the same themes and some familiar faces / visuals. Even though in both cases the writers... you know... went to every length to make it clear that that was exactly what it was. You'd think people would learn to listen~
Alien.
After Prometheus sorta want to do the whole quadrilogy. Aliens up next!
Safe :D
Jason Statham has good movies xD
Aliens!
phew don't think I'll do 3 til tomorrow
The Incredible Strange Creatures who Stopped Living and Became Mixed up Zombies. What can I say about this movie, except nothing really happens. It's mostly musical numbers that have nothing to do with the plot. Strange, kind of stupid movie. It's a riot. If you like stupid movies, definitely check this movie out. Won't disappoint in the stupidity. Also was featured on MST3k.
I did this recently as well. I hadn't seen the first Expendables but figured it looked good, having all the old AAA actors in it (nothing else sounded good either ;/). While it was a damned good movie I was kind of disappointed Arnie didn't play a bigger role in it; he only shows up for ~30 seconds about ten minutes in, and then during the last 20 minutes or so of the movie.
Funny enough I saw this movie after having lost my glasses, so when Chuck Norris popped up halfway through the movie I could've sworn it was Billy Mays back from the dead xD
On the topic of new movies though, does anyone else think the plot for the new Judge Dredd movie looks suspiciously similar to Robocop 2's plot? The whole idea of "new drug overtakes city super cop must stop it" seems a bit cliche and overplayed at this point. Maybe it's just because it's such a far cry from the original movies plot, but I can't say I have high hopes for this one :(
Terminator 3
Watched Judge Dredd then Resident Evil: Retribution right after.
The long kiss goodnight
28 days after
Care bears movie
now going to watch West side story then maybe The Lost Boys
Watched MiB3 sometime last week I think. Pretty good stuff
Batman Begins is where it's at though. Can't believe I saw it for the first time xD

Heavily anticipating this.
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos (2011)
It was good.

The Breed.
Crappy movie.
Alien 3 and Ressurection now finished.
I probably should have stopped after the first two
Also watched Avengers again, never noticed the after credits scene (the second one at the very end) fucking hilarious!
Spoiler warning:
Robin Hood:Men in Tights- One of my favorite comedies. Tracy Ullman is hilarious in this movie, I'm sure she ab-libbed most her lines. I think I've seen this movie at least a dozen times.
MI4: Ghost Protocol.
Very pleasantly surprised. Not a big Cruise fan but this was a great movie. Lots of fun!
Rush Hour
I didn't watch the first one much, now watching Rush Hour 2
Larry Crowne
Watched "Hobo With a Shotgun" last night. Pretty bloody, morally questionable..... my kind of flick. Total Grindhouse aesthetic to it.
Sucker Punch (2011)
A good idea that wasn't a so good movie...
(2'5/5)
I agree. I was looking forward to it because I really enjoyed Watchmen and thought the director would strike gold twice in a row. Boy, was I wrong.
Over the last few days I watched the Weatherman with Nicolas Cage, and Dracula (1931). Weatherman is great, especially if you like dark comedies. I hadn't seen the original Dracula since I was a small child, and I will say I was very impressed by it. The whole movie just gives off a creepy vibe (black and white, lack of music, and tons of shadows), and I think it still works today. It's not overly corny like some of those early horror movies, and really only has one character (a ward at the asylum) that needed to be cut. My only complaint with the movie is the lack of a proper death scene for Drac (it happens off camera), and maybe one shot of some fangs just for good measure.
Lucky You (2007)
It was good.

Priest (2011)
Average.

Resident Evil Damnation - Very good movie (I prefer the CG animated film).
Got a few here.
Watched Son of Frankenstein (1939) - 4/5
The Beast Within (1982) - 2/5 - Don't waste your time. Thought it was a werewolf movie..... boy was I mistaken.
American Werewolf in London (1981) - 5/5 - If you haven't seen this then there's something wrong with you.
I Love You Phillip Morris (2009) - 4.5/5 - This is a great flick. I'm not really down with all the gay stuff in the movie, but it is charming and definitely entertaining. Ewan Magregor is always good, and Jim Carrey is fantastic when given a good role.
Frankenstein and the Monster From Hell (1973) - 4/5 - Hammer Horror at it's finest.
And Finally ------ Rock of Ages (2012) - 4.5/5 - Disclaimer - I came home drunk as shit tonight from the bars and watched this. If you love the 80's, and you love rock and roll, you MUST see this movie. I am not a fan of musicals, but this movie was awesome. Watch it with a 12 pack or whatever you fancy, and you will have a great time!
Barfi
The Fearless Vampire Killers- an odd vampire movie. um..it's about a vampire hunter and his protege tracking vampires in Transylvania. The head vampire's son is in love with the protege. Possibly one of the first gay vampires. Offbeat movie, made in the late 60's. Pretty good movie 4/5.
I've been watching Being Erica (TV show) lately. I remember seeing the ads when it was first announced but didn't think it was my kind of thing. When I saw it on Netflix I figured I'd give it a shot.
Quite honestly, it's a rather interesting show. Mostly about personal growth and the desire to "fix" past mistakes via time travel. It gets awkward at a lot of moments (I'm never a big fan of shows where the main character makes a huge fool of themselves on a regular basis) but it's definitely becoming one of my favourite shows right now. I'm just about finished the first season, I think.
Last Action Hero
"Hi! My name is Arnold Braunschweiger."

Bad Teacher (2011)
