I don't eat much meat myself... well I do eat fish all the time and sometimes have a bit of chicken or turkey.
Very, very rarely have some Hungarian (hot) or pepperoni salami.
The rest I just avoid.... steaks, chops, sausages, even full roasts... all that crap just smells bad when cooking and I don't enjoy the taste anymore.
Stinks out the kitchen too, just gross :PP

I'm not really into steaks and roasts myself. Ground beef like tacos and hamburgers or chicken. Pretty much it for me. Oh and bacon, love bacon.

Both of Dad's parents were Europeans from different countries (Poland and Latvia) and there was always cured meats around there, I grew up with that stuff.
