Turn based is fine but I need to start out playing it that way or it'll feel like a slog whenever there's a huge battle. I prefer to pause as needed when it's either or.
They're fake pkg's, you don't need to sign them yourself to work on your specific console but you can't use retail psn pkg's.
As I said they're easy to find, I have loads of them already. Some have DLC too and some of them need backport fixes. Sometimes the backport will be a small patch, sometimes it's an update that has been patched so it'll update the game as well as backport to 5.05. The backports are pkg though.
All you do is install fake pkg from usb (exfat).
How to actually make a fake pkg is more complicated and I don't need to bother about it. I didn't have anything on my console that wasn't already dumped.
Well I've tested Days Gone for hours now and had no issues, it's the first backport I've tried.
Now I'm installing:
Daymare 1998
Xuan-Yuan Sword VII
Death Stranding + DLC's
It's after 3am so I'll leave testing those until tomorrow or whenever and then move onto another bunch of games.
Oh wow. Just noticed a 60fps mod patch for Witcher 3 goty. Also PC graphics settings were ported over, you can change resolution and a bunch of stuff apparently.
I think Pro is recommended but 60fps might be possible on base PS4 if you lower resolution. Maybe some other settings could be tweaked there.
I don't really understand why Sony keeps going on about security issues (eg Skyrim and Fallout 4 mods cannot have external resources) when they let every man and his dog access webkits etc and offer bounties (I think the current one is $10k) for people to find vulnerabilities.Quote:

I'm sure I've seen some 60fps patches for PS4 games before, I just don't recall seeing "pc graphics settings ported"
this sounds weird coming from me but my character has become a bit OP I'm killing things before my partners even get a chance to act. I'm not even cheating but it kinda feels like I am.
:nyah:
noticed something while playing arcanum the orcs(or ogres) sprites looks just like super mutants. coincidence:wacko:
:revwacko:
Lost Judgment and The Forest have been backported :lol
Lost Judgment v1.03 update is apparently fw9.00 (I can't confirm that though). So that being backported is pretty significant.
Not sure about The Forest but I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same deal.
Lost Judgment has 2x DLC packs.
went back to morrowind today and finished the quest I was working on now time to do other quests for non-corrupt bastards.
:bounce:
 blarf
Man FH 5 is really fun!!!
veggie burgers and chicken chili in the same day together was one of my worst (food) ideas lately. I thought I paid for it last night :fart: but I'm getting the backend of it this morning.
Trying to compete with Biden? :pwacko:
Some veggie burgers are actually quite good. It's the ones trying to be fake meat that are really horrible
Beat Starlancer after having to replay the final mission several times. I had it beat the first time with a Phoenix, then I ended up killing myself when I blew up the power core because I was too close to it. I thought I'd get a couple seconds to get clear like the previous ion cannon >:.
It was a fun game overall but it reminded me why I opted for the "screw you fighters, I'm flying straight to your base" option during the final mission of Wing Commander :lol.
lockpicking in arcanum sucks it's like a 90% failure rate sure you can bash open (almost)any locked container but it's a pain.
I think Kingdom Come Deliverance lockpicking isn't so bad on PC (with mouse and kb) but it's really shit on console (I've got it on XB1).
From what I've read there are some things you can do to make it easier (potion and heaps of grinding to lvl up) but it's honestly the worst mechanic of that type I've ever experienced.
It pretty much ruins the game experience, because that and pickpocketing are the only bad things about the game imo.
Archery isn't easy either, but at least with that I totally expected it and just fire a couple of arrows at fairly close range.
I mean Oblivion lockpicking at the start isn't super easy, but you can always force locks and lockpicks aren't really difficult to get.
I've never done it but I believe you can also go nuts with the gun skills and more or less skip stealth altogether :lol.
