I'm more of SF guy myself, though I see the appeal of KoF, but Street Fighter will always be on the top of the totem pole for me.

Do you need to use the newest revision? Changes between individual revisions are usually minimal.

I'm using a pad. If the delay is under 200 milliseconds, it's extremely unlikely that you would notice.

It won't detect diagonal input if you have 4 way joystick on. When I input the controls in the regular config tool, it still didn't detect the input from the controller in-game.

Lmfao. With my SE, it won't read any two directions at once. ONLY up, left, right, down singularly. This makes using specials, supers, jumping forward or backward, and blocking low impossible. lol.

Yo Shardnax. Are you still talking about KOF XIII not reading your diagonal inputs? I had the same problem and I HAD to use Xpadder to get it too work properly.

It's not reading any input. Assigning buttons to the keyboard and using Xpadder works fine. The other controller is still working, which is why it bothers me.

So your PC detects the pad but not the game? Even when you use the config window?

I can assign the input using the default config tool, or the GUI tool, the game refuses to detect it.

I use FBA or Nebula (but I only emu Third Strike, and only for execution practice.

Wow that sounds very... strange... Maybe the board dump doesn't agree with that pad? Is that the only peripheral that disagrees with the game?
