Freddy Krueger is probably my favorite villain. His Christmas themed color sweater, fedora hat, burnt marshmellow face and clawed glove made him so memorable. He was very scary in the first few movies but then he turned into a big comic goof. I liked the idea that Freddy could invade your dreams and kill ya in creative ways.
Daniella Belli - She was the Psychotic boss the one to look under beds leave rooms and immediatley come back. Plus she was a pain to kill.
Another favorite villain would be the Zorg guy from The Fifth Element.
1) he's played by Gary Oldman (an okayish actor)
2) He's a corrupt multimillionaire
3) he's got a really goofy southern accent (pure fucking gold)

Childhood gaming is, probably, part of why I choose him, but... aside of that, I think I can point
the charisma, smartness, but also the fact he is so serious but so humouristic at the same time. ^_^
Oh, I think Shadow and Silver would be on my "hate list" as villains... and as anything else, in fact. :PP
And if you watched the Simpsons, there was a villain named "Scorpio". Quite the funny sir, too. :pwacko:
("beware of his generous pensions, plus three weeks of vacation each year..." :D)
My alltime favorite Darth (not that there are much to begin with) would be Darth Maul
1) double bladed lightsaber (only one too!)
2) spiky horn thingies
3) looks kinda like something you would see on the cover of a death metal album
