You seem to misunderstand. Many Europeans find it actually healthy to drink alcohol during dinner. My folks dont chug the wine nor the vodka. They drink a little. Not to get drunk but just to drink. If I was eating dinner with them, I could sometimes get enough to get drunk. They don't want me getting drunk and they're completely against it. Lately if I do eat dinner with them I decline the wine and I even told them straight out "unless it's to get drunk I don't want any alcohol kthx" and usually its my step-dad that can provide me enough to get me drunk. It takes a lot of nagging and whining to convince my mom.

yeah i agree with what many people have said that you were in the wrong and the cops were just doing their job. i work with a former drug dealer who originally hated cops because of this. but now he has realized that after being in prison so many times that there a lot of fucked up people there and that cops are really a neccessity.
I admit, that I got wasted few times and did something wrong when I was intxicated. But when I woke up I was like "what the fuck I have done." I don't take these moments as mark of a coolness, instead I take them as mark of stupidity(stupidity caused by intoxication is still stupidity). Sure if you are intoxicated, you do weird things, but if you aren't wasted and think that things you have done when you were are ok, that's bad.

I'm not whining I just want to have some sense go through that thick skull of yours. There is no law of when cops are doing rounds. Cops do rounds in the park whenever they feel like it. They drive through it in the morning to catch truents, in the afternoon to just to make sure everything is ok, and at night to give people summons.

Yes and I've said that this could only happen occassionally. If I really bitch and nag and chug the glass so they could re-pour. There's nothing wrong with my parents. If anything they're strict assholes (well they loosened up a bit). They fucking grounded me on my birthday because I slept over my friends house the day before. I called 'em up and left a voice mail. Come home the next day and next thing I know I'm grounded with everyone bitching at me "DURR we said don't sleep over other houses what're you homeless? You have a home to go to nub!" They're not really fond of me striving for a musical career either. They're not bad parents. They treat me as an adult nowadays not as a teenager except when I do stupid shit (like the cutting school thing).
So according to you, they could be the best parents in the world but if they give their child a couple of beers or a couple of glasses of wine during dinner they're nubs?
I agree as well but I've said this before and I'll say it again. There are murderers to murder not spill teenagers beers. See the reason they give people like me and my buddies summons' is because the more summons they write, the more cash they get. At the end of the month you usually see more pigs at the park circling around writing people summons' even though its not dusk yet. They just do it for more cash. Throughout all my encounters with the well-loved NYPD only one time was there a cool cop. An asian sargeant who saw my buddy taking a piss (he got that sick that time as well and he seen us carrying him a bit). Read the asian sargeant story man. That's what they should do. The guy did pat us down to make sure we didn't have any weapons. We were just 3 hammered guys stumbling around. Sure that does look suspicious and I'm sure he did assume the worst but after patting us down and talking to us for a bit, he saw that it was no big deal and let us go...

If the cops cared so much about enforcing the law, why don't they do anything about jaywalking? By doing a comparison between jaywalking and drinking, jaywalking is more dangerous. Jaywalking is always illegal, while alcohol is only illegal to minors. With jaywalking you can get hit by a car and possibly die while with alcohol you may get liver damage in 12+ years. Lawsuits come from jaywalking. A guy jaywalks, gets hit by a car, sues the other guy. Tons and tons of court drama ensues. And why? Because cops are lazy nubs. I'm sure more people died from jaywalking than they did from drinking alcohol. And doesn't possible death or injury does seem more important than a teen chugging a 40?
