Well, it does say "force", but just because someone sais they allow you to bone him/her... is it still considered rape if you do it in a violent "rape-like" manner? I'm sure someone could still be arrested for that.

Forcing them to have sex, not having forceful sex.

The legal age of consent in Wyoming is 16.

Edit: Also, must take into account that Vivi is from the fourth largest state, with the lowest population, and a state which is in the centre of the Bible belt of America. Its not easy to be gay there when the Bible says you shall be left to bleed and die and other nasty things.

I do not feel flamed at all..They're just trying to make me see it from the outside point of veiw is all, That's not a bad thing at all.

Being skinny and weak is not a good thing to be if you're in jail.
Especially if you're in there for a sex crime.
