OK, I wasn't meaning to call him dumb. I was just trying to say that one's reasons for believing shouldn't dictate another's.

I am a christian and things seem to go a lot better for me when i act like one.

when you say act like one do you mean preach to others and declare your faith or practice things that Jesus tought, such as love your neighbor, etc.
because you dont need to be a Christain to be nice to people

And to Xeann, you must have a bone to pick with me or something. But if you don't think god has an effect on your life, then we can agree to disagree.

It's not that I don't think God has any effect in your life, just that he won't intervene in your life whether or not you believe in him. :)
