Ok so from what I gather, its mostly Atari ST games. Some have a bit of a moldy smell to them which makes me think they were just shoved to the side. Some of the boxes are crushed which is a real shame. Some are in pretty good condition. Some nice games in there as well such as ghouls and ghosts and Lemmings. Just need to check the one with the mega drive games in now :D
If the boxes are moldy that's not good, especially when it comes to floppy disk based games. I wouldn't hold your breath about those games still working, floppies are awful. :(Quote:

Hmm, not as great a haul as I thought. The majority of the Atari ST games have mold damage. Don't know if I can chance playing those. The one unopened game I might sell since its a pre production copy. Managed to get 14 mega drive/master system games out of it 9 of which are boxed. Gonna check through the Atari ST games when I get in tonight and chuck what is too damaged to use.

When my grandparents were still alive and lived out of town, I remember me and my family driving for hours every holiday season. Meh, I like giving people stuff, especially if they're not expecting it. I don't really have that big of a family. So I only have about... six, maybe seven, family members to buy presents for. Then there's a few friends I'm going to buy some gifts for. I only get stuff for people I really care about anyway. ;) For the most part though I'm thinking of making some gifts this year instead of buying them. I've been tossing around the idea of doing some small video game based sculptures and making them into Christmas ornaments. Most of my friends are nerds, so they'd appreciate something like that.
