Sweet. I just picked that game up yesterday. =) Haven't played it yet -- I've been fiddling with my PS2.
Also, just beat Batman for the NES. Again.
The last time was on an emulator. I learned enough of the tactics and tricks to beat it on the console this time. Only got two game overs (I think. It might have been one, but it was definitely not any more than two), and both of them were on The Joker himself. I think if I play it a couple more times, I could beat the game without a game over.
No, no I said it took me 30 hours cos I'm a slow gamer who enjoys to recreate himself watching silly stuff all around  I guess 20-25 hours would be more accurate.
Apocalyptic is not that bad actually, especially as you progress playing. The last battles, including the final boss, are ridiculously easy once you have certain gear... there's just one slightly annoying trophy and a couple that requires some grinding.
I heard nothing about what they are going to do with the sequel as far as the story refers, but yeah there are some holes there.. War wonders from the beginning where his brothers are and we only get to know about them at the very end of the game in a very anecdotal way
Yeah, I saw it, I think you are going to like it, action, puzzles, platforms, there's a bit of everything in the right proportions.
Since the card arrived, I finished off RE2. So expect the vids in the coming week or so.
Just finished getting all the single player trophies on portal 2 (ps3) and considering the situation, thats about as platinum as it gets at the moment.
Last week :
*MHP3
YESTERDAY:
*ZOIDS LEGACY(VBA)
*MODERN WARFARE 2 (AWESOME GAME)
Armored Core: For Answer
Collared and Orca paths.
I didn't fight White Glint in an order match before I destroyed Line Ark though :S.
And how many times did you die? I fell asleep as I lost count. *snark snark snark*
Dead space 2 on zealot, 2 more trophies to go, never gonna beat it on hardcore though. :low:
It's not like I can't beat it; I just want S rank without changing types .Quote:

1. Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King
- Except (of course) Crystal Tower
2. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- Except 7 Poe's
3. Pokémon Diamond
- Except Battle Tower
Just beat Crystalis for the NES.
Finally. :disgust: Officially the longest LP I've ever done. I think...
Yeah... I'm pretty sure this one is longer than Spyro.
Yeah, the three PSX Spyro games only take a few hours each, even if you're going for 100%. When I was younger, I spent a few nights at a friend's house. Each night, I played through a different one of them. :P
I'm not use to an NES game taking me more than two hours, though. :lol
All told, with the stuff that I didn't record (grinding, backtracking, etc), Crystalis probably gave me about 9 hours of game play. Which is more than I've gotten out of most games I've played.
Somewhat beaten GTA2.
Why did I enjoy playing it??? :dread:
Yeah, if you had played Legacy of the Wizard and didn't use a guide or map, you'd end up taking something close to that. And it's not a grinding-heavy game. There are a few things you could buy to make things easier, but there are also items that show up occasionally that max out your gold, magic, keys, or health.
Actually, you probably wouldn't beat it. It's not entirely clear what you're supposed to do. Nor is it clear how the various mechanics work.
One of these days, I'm going to attempt that game. And actually do it properly -- no walkthroughs, just writing down everything that seems like a plot point/something I'll have to come back to, draw maps of dungeons if need be, charts and everything. I did that when I finally got around to beating Metroid for the NES, and it was a lifesaver. :]
I beat the Mass Effect 2 demo the other day. I really liked it.
I beat Mass Effect (1). Great Game, can't afford #2 yet though.
I was so close to completing a no death run of Batman for the NES. I think I only had about five more hits on The Joker before he died, but I overdid a jump and landed in the middle of a lightning bolt, and it threw me off. A quick shotgun blast to the face and then trampling me kind of finished me off right quick.
I did just complete a no continue run of Batman for the NES, though. :] Got him on the second attempt.
Half Life 2 Episode 1, Ya I know before anyone says it but I only just got around to it xD
The FFVI complete PSP thing...
I want my lost time back :(
Just beat Kid Icarus
Wasn't as hard as I remembered...
Nemesis. Watching ending now.
Blur. It requires a lot of grinding and since there's no online, no platinum for me.
The game is good and fun and has some good ideas like the different effects the power-ups cause if you use them backwards or forwards but there are a lot of cars on screen and sometimes there's just too much going on and too many power-ups being used against you.
Still, the major con is not having enough racing events, which isn't unusual in the most recent arcade racing games.
Finished the first portal quite swiftly.
I have recently beaten the entire jak and daxter trilogy(aka, i finished the third one), a few weeks ago i beat crash 3(i didnt have a memory card so it was very difficult[translation: speedrun{2 hours!}]),and am close to beating sly cooper(1).
Yesterday I finished the storyline in Yakuza 3. Not sure if I like it as much Yakuza 2's story. It certainly was interesting though and had its moments. I urge everyone to listen to the music from the final battle. Really great stuff. Now I just have to finish all the silly sup-plots and extra content.
Recently beaten Homefront on the 360 at the highest difficulty level.
P.S. Addicted to getting the achievement points.
Well I did loads of side missions while going through the story so it took me around 80 hours and I'm still not done. D: It's a huge game that's for sure. Anyway I might go for a EX-HARD play-through doing only the story missions so I can give you a better number then.
And yeah it's kick-ass.
It's ok, when I play it I'll do side missions as well, just wanted to have an approximated idea.
Ghostbusters on NES, someone smack me!
Portal 2, twice. And... I'm a pervert, I know, I finished RapeLay. Took 2 days to discover how to break the girls.
Metro 2033. Wow, I must say, my only complaint about this game is how short it is. It's absolutely fantastic though, I loved every minute of it.
i've beaten
1. The Godfather (PS2)
2. The Godfather 2 (PS3)
3. Ridge Racer type 4 (PS1)
4. NFS: Porsche Unleased (PS1)
and many more that i have forgot....
