Not sure how I feel after reading this Manga's summary. It could end up being weird, or hilarious.

Alternatively, they fuck.

There's this one manga where some guy turns into a girl, starts fucking guys left and right, gets addicted to it, becomes a prostitute, gets knocked up, then marries and lives happily ever after with a futa chick with a massive horsecock. After she gets boned by said massive horsecock, of course.
