It would, but it's not just about how to perform them, it's about when, or how to make it happen.
Like K' and his teleport-to-confusion stuff, or K's one inch fist counter wire.

I know when to perform some stuff, I know cause it catches you off guard. But Some moves I thought I knew I didn't.
Example: Super Move for Joe, it's a combo of two regular punches followed by two hurricane uppers, a tiger knee and a drop kick to finish it.
Forgot the input Although I know it ends with a HP.

If my memory serves me right, it's qcf, hcb p.
MIGHT be that.
