Knux can and has done worse. besides, if they're anywhere NEAR Excalibur, The Master Emerald, 50 rings, or 7 Chaos Emeralds (or the extra-dimensional equvalant thereof) Knux, Sonic, and anyone else nearby with a super-form goes super. Silver is in another time, but he has shown he can move through them at will and can also look into the past. Shadow.... is complicated. Chaos blast can set them free, and if they use something like the Enerjak transformation on Knux, Eggman's stuff don't stand a single chance.

one more thing, there's a whole lot of dimensional crossover in all the series. therefore everyone i listed is viable as a rescuer of Amy, Tails, Knux and Sonic. not to mention the fact that Sonic's Spindash has cut through miles of metal and the fact that i don't think the good doctor could even catch Sonic, even if he got ahold of the other three.

5 - Actually, that's just SEGA having a few twits over at the story department not knowing the actual background data. There are seven, always were seven, and always will be seven. The reason the energies they contain doesn't go completely mental is precisely because it's constrained in such an orderly shell. The Master Emerald seems to be able to transcend this - having been shattered on multiple occasions - but the Chaos Emeralds do not. At least, that's my theory at the present time. I don't particularly want to test out what happens if I were to shatter a Chaos Emerald, as disgustingly hard as it would prove to be anyway.
6 - Most of these spinoff games are pure money-grabs by SEGA, using a famous franchise to garner some extra money. This was merely a friendly racing event, but when SEGA decided to do a game on it, they decided "Well, it's Robotnik, he's evil, he uses missiles because he cheats!"
I have no idea why they also gave Amy weaponry though. Possibly fits with the fact that she's a nutter.

Yeah, that's sort of the problem. If I could manage to catch/arrest/imprison Sonic and all of his friends in one go? I would've taken over already.

Also: sliced bread isn't brilliant. Gamma blew up after finishing its self-programmed directive to save the rest of the E-100 series robots. It released the bird (Flicky?) that was inside it. ... you're talking about the comics, arn't you? Also: Gamma appeared before Shadow. Sure you're not thinking of Omega?

Excalibur is from a story book. That was not real. Also, we're talking about physical contact not mystical energies. Besides, we're talking about the SEGA game characters, not the Archie Comic characters.

- Oh, I never said the Chaos Emeralds were depowered constantly. They were depowered for a short time. I'm just not sure what caused it.
- That's mostly because most events from that stupid situation were erased from time. Not many facts remained, so SEGA tried their hands at writing their own idea of what must've happened.

I think I prefer it if they just chronicled events...

Yeah, that was a pretty decent construct. It got destroyed during the actual events though, SEGA just couldn't work it in, so they sort of... left it there.

There's no denying your intellect, but I think it's good luck to have all those schemes and come out of them with only the creations used during said schemes diminished or decimated. I mean, just look at how many times you were in a wrecked vehicle! There is a disturbingly high number of vehicle-related deaths. Considering how massive your aerial and astral crafts are, I think it's in part due to luck. While your luck doesn't help out with the completion of your plots, it does spare you grievous harm.

Of course, you might be harmed anyway but SEGA doesn't depict it. The fact that you keep bouncing back with new plots is enough evidence of your luck.

1) Is Sonic or any of his allies aware of this thread? One would think that someone aside from yourself could detect signals transmitting across your world's internet that also are broadcasting to other dimensions.
2) What ever happened to Ray the Flying Squirrel or Mighty the Armadillo? What about Nack "Fang the Sniper" Weasel?
3) In spite of the experiments making life support a necessity, the Biolizard is capable of regeneration, superior durability, energy manipulation, gravity manipulation, and can asexually reproduce.
Why is a bipedial hedgehog considered the superior and final product? To be fair this could for all I know be simply due to him being the last (known) result of Project Shadow.
Shadow is also capable of Chaos manipulation and has superior durability and strength for a being his size and build, but he can only run at Sonic speeds due to his shoes and/or Chaos manipulation. He is also said to be immortal and ageless but is there any proof of this claim beyond surviving a depowered free fall to Earth's surface? A feat that Sonic also accomplished at least once, I might add.
4) That reminds me, what ever happened to the fragments of the ARK? For that matter, what happened to the Death Eggs and your other downed creations?
5) Speaking of the ARK, did any problems arise from the moon having a giant chunk ripped out of it? Was it ever 'patched up'?
6) Since you mentioned the Black Arms event actually taking place, what happened with the Artificial CHAOS that Doom took control of? Did G.U.N. get them?

Still the other dimension, but let's roll with it for now - Okay, they hate me. Or at least, my dimensional counterpart. True. On the other hand, they've had far less dealings with me than they've had with Sonic, making it much more likely to either fight me while leaving Sonic imprisoned or just laugh at him. Also, Scourge is fairly predictable when you get into the right mindset. He's completely anarchic, can't stand any kind of authority, and simply loves to cause trouble for the sake of it.

He is, in short, an idiot with little going for him.

To an extent, luck is true, but please note that the Eggmobile has been specifically designed to work simultaneously as cockpit for my creations and as escape pod. I do design my creations with the possibility of defeat in mind, ever since my failure after my first plot.

1 - Sonic posted a few times. Or at least, a poster claiming he was Sonic. He behaved, so I didn't mind.
2 - Actually, they're all people that were noted in the Archie universe. They were put in older games by SEGA before Archie took up chronicling that particular universe, so they weren't seen in the games again, what with SEGA returning to just chronicling our battles.
3 - The Biolizard was, technically, more powerful than Shadow, true. It was also completely unstable, which is why it was sealed in the ARK. Shadow himself is far more powerful, and far more stable. And far more uninteresting, annoying, and flat out angsty. Remember that Sonic wasn't around at the time of Shadow's creation, thus leading more credence to the theory that at the time Shadow was, indeed, the 'Ultimate Life Form.' Then Sonic came along and outclassed him six ways to sunday, especially in the personality department, annoying though Sonic sometimes gets.
4 - That's classif- oh whatever, I might as well tell you. I salvaged a lot of the older Death Eggs. The tech in there can be re-used, if properly upgraded. The ARK itself is still floating in space. Some of the fragments that came off the thing I either repaired or were destroyed.
5 - The moon was eventually repaired. By me. It didn't appear to be causing any negative consequences, but I was getting massively tired of looking at a moon that appeared to have a bite taken out of it and then discarded like a slightly rotten apple.
6 - Some of them were destroyed, others were left behind on the ARK. To my knowledge, GUN hasn't claimed any of them since. I stole a few for research though - it is my grandfather's tech, after all.

neither can i, and i watched it at night with headphones on and no lights. granted i don't scare easily. even if this was a description of somebody's friend playing a prank on him it's still not plausible. just creepy pasta and almost all creepy pasta is so ridiculous that it's funny. this sounds like something i heard of before. an indie hack that was called "Sonic NiGHTMares" robot demon-Sonic brain-washing Sonic's friends and after you burn through Knuckles, Tails and varying third characters, Sonic appears and starts a semi-normal Sonic game where he, Shadow, Omega, Silver and Gamma beat the crap out of the minions and free Sonic's other friends from the demon robot, and then they find out they were trapped in a special zone.

Can you cure stupidity?
If not, can you at least lessen the effects of it?

1). When did you realize that you wanted to takeover the world?
2). What's the Worst movie you've ever seen?
3). Do you think there'll be a Sonic movie?
4). What do you think about movies about video games?

Sorry for posting twice, but I have some ideas for your upcoming one year or 100 pages.
1). How about a LP of a Sonic game, BUT while playing you can talk about what your plan was, and where things went wrong for you. It might give us some perspective of how you approach your fights with Sonic.
2). Maybe a discussion like we had in the HO last week. We could talk about politics,religion whatever. it would be a chance to get to know you outside this forum. (though I do enjoy this one)

1 - Around about the time GUN tried to kill me for being too intelligent, I think.
2 - Transformers. Poor storyline aside, they're shoddily built. I could do better.
3 - There have been one or two, most famously the Sonic OVA. That one didn't chronicle any alternate dimensions that I know of though. Mind you, I could be wrong.
4 - Mostly utter tripe. Really, I can't think of any that were legitimately good.

Why do people hate Sonic 06 so much? i think it's one of the few forgotten gems in a mess of shovel-ware disasters that keep being released.

also, how do you keep financing your escapades?

why did they change Sonic's voice actor after Sonic And The Black Knight? i got used to Jason Griffith voicing him since he was the voice of Sonic in Sonic X it was easy for me to go from the show to the games since everyone who was voicing the characters was the same. i can't complain about the Tails voice acting switch in Sonic Colors, this new one sounds more like a young boy inventor than the other did, which just sounded like little girls in certain places.

Because nobody would be quite so stupid as to call that game a forgotten gem.

I mean, you'd have to overlook the appallingly badly written storyline, the atrocious animation, the intensely buggy gameplay, the horrid voice acting, the unfinished quality of the game, and practically everything else about it ever. That's no mean feat.

And the only reason the story is so bad in that game is because SEGA had little to go on, because most of what happened was erased from time again, so they tried their own hand at writing. Ye gods that backfired magnificently.

- I have many ways to finance myself. Some blatant, some less so.
- Because they were atrociously bad voice actors. With the exception of Mike Pollock, who voices me, they were all uninteresting, showed no development in their skills as voice actors whatsoever, and in most cases, couldn't act their way out of a wet paper bag. Mr. Griffith is one of the primary examples of this problem.

After five years of that tripe, they finally sacked them all. With the exception of Mike Pollock. Surprise.

Wait till you have sat for 10 mins for 1 level to load up then come back to me :P but still Sonic 06 is an abomination that even Sega wishes they didnt make... I mean come on it makes even "Shadow the Hedgehog" look good in comparison

and you're talking to a guy who grew up on megabyte HDDs and floppies, it took me 15 minutes to install and 12 for a lot of loadings bub, we're on the same ground you and i. Sonic 06 loads pretty fast compared to the games i played on my old Win98/DOS dualboot but still slower than Wii games., and i think it should have been on a cartridge instead of a disc, woulda taken a helluva lot off the load times and they could have put in a whole lot more into the game.

Leading me to believe that you invert a well-known truism: People on the internet are always dumber than Real Life. I shudder to think at the environment you live in to conclude that everyone there loves it. It's a horrendously badly designed game with more flaws than I could even begin to list.

And the loading screens really are bad. Loading four times for a single minigame is not good game design. In fact, it's appalling game design.

no, if the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii had used their own flash cartridges for games instead of discs we wouldn't be in this position with games. what if the discs had never been used? if flash cartridges had kept as the main form of media there'd be no damaged media. can you check out an alternate universe where that happened so we can get a conclusion to this?

1.) Space limitations, it's apparent when you look at the N64 and PS1.
2.) It CAN GET DAMAGED, all media, if not properly handled can be damaged.
3.) What's more costly in the long run, cartridges.

i should have said LESS damaged media. modern flash memory is faster and higher capacity than discs.

Yes, because that's a very easy search parameter. "A universe where console gaming had stuck to cartridges". Yes, that universe exists somewhere, but I can't just home in on any world in the multiverse. The ones I can observe are the 'nearest', and even then using the word nearest is grossly inaccurate. Sadly, more accurate will be difficult.

Here's the prediction from my simulation system though.

Let's see...

Console gaming went into an inexorable decline after no new medium had been developed, having stuck to archaic cartridges and not developing much new while PC gaming moved on to CD, DVD, and eventually Blu-Ray. Console developers' stubborn refusal to accept the new medium eventually heralded the death of that branch of the gaming industry, despite developments in cartridge systems.

Pretty much, yes. I tend to at least try to not destroy the planet I aim to take over. There's some minor exhaust from some of the more ambitious mechs, but overall, I don't cause any great risk to the environment.

Development moved in a different direction, it's unlikely that it'll return to cartridges, with the exception of originally cartridge-based hand-helds such as the DS.
