You know, I think my brother has been fucking deleting shit off of my other HDD because I remember there being a whole lot more.
Galaxy Angel Z
Just missing all the wacky antics
Been watching Full Metal Alchemist with my old man. An anime he actually enjoys other than Soul Eater and Naruto. And i've also been watching Air Gear, might check out Black Butler. All my friends say its good.
Zone of Enders: Delores
It wasn't what I was expecting, still, enjoying it thoroughly.
In the middle of watching all three Appleseed movies. I'm on the 2004 DVD currently; the cgi looks very nice on my projector. :)
I'm glad I watched the 80's OAV first though because I had actually forgotten a lot about it. Awesome stuff. Can't wait to check out Ex Machina later.

I'm watching Taiho Shichauzo
Still watching LOGH. Watched some of the Wild Arms anime as well. It's weird and episodic but it's okay.
Gonna start on Cardcaptor Sakura soon. Oh the shojo eyes!!!
I've recently went back over the short series IRIA. Then after that I've been too busy attending classes to get into a new anime.
Still, I guess I will keep a look out for something interesting.
I've heard some good things about the fall season. I might actually check out some new stuff. It's been a bit.
Well, here's a good thing that happens this fall.
I'm fucking hyped.
Dead sexy. I can't remember what I was hearing about lately but I'm sure someone on another site I go to will post a list of everything that's airing.
Cowboy Bepop, it was a good anime and it lives up to it's reputation.
Ghost Stories. I hear a looooot of people bitchin about the dubbed version, that its too different and racist and all that crap, but I like it. Its not everyday you find a Anime that can really make you feel like a prick for watchin it but still give you a smile........save maybe hentai but thats another story.
baka test to shoukanjuu ni. This 1 is an epic
So I just finished watching the last episode of Steins;Gate. I really liked this show, and I think it just might become one of my all-time favourites. Kind of a weak ending, though. Still, it's been a fun ride, overall.
So yeah, watch it and stuff, I guess? It's also on Crunchyroll, so you have no excuse not to check it out. Gogogo.
Well.. not actually watching right not but was watching Samurai Champloo like 2 weeks ago.....and maby a month ago I finished all the seasons to Star Blazers a.k.a. Space Battleship Yamato season 1,2,Be Forever Yamato ,New Journey, and final
<edit>
Both of these shows are very enjoyable and can watch them over and over:)
Finished watching / fansubbing Usagi Drop last night. Really sweet little show. ^_^ Onto Persona 4 in a couple of weeks! Must fight the urge to turn it into a troll sub where every line is about dread burning.
I'll be all over the P4 anime when it comes out. Cool, now I know who'll be responsible if there's any trololo to be found.

BURRRRRRRRRRRN ITTTTT.
Better yet, bread burning. Also, whenever possible, avoid using Atlus' good figurative translations and localizations. Especially the ones that have been well received such as Big Bro and the like. Meanwhile, inject your own in the interest of "making it more accessible". Junes is now Wal-Mart.
Cue nerdrage tsunami.
Hanasaku Iroha. This is simultaneously the best and most depressing anime I've seen in quite some time. The protagonist's mother runs off with some random guy and packs her on a train heading to the countryside, where she lives with a mentally and physically abusive grandma who owns an inn and sees nothing wrong with using her granddaughter as a source of cheap manual labour. It's practically a Dickens novel. I'm only two episodes in but I get the feeling this is going to be a really good series, and the art is gorgeous. Hooked!
Watching Mobile Police Patlabor TV, as a part of catching up on some older shows I missed. Reached an episode where the AI on an unmanned military Labor (identified in the show as the X-10) goes berserk after some idiot testing it programmed it with instructions to destroy a city. Thought it was pretty conventional rogue AI setpiece, then the CM eye catch shows the Labor's full series designation. Who the devil puts an AI in something named the HAL X-10?
Bumpin' that Iroha nod.
Still watching LOGH myself because it NEVER ENDS and I'm slow. Plus with it being a rewatch I don't quite have the crushing need to keep watching for new content. But damn I remember when I used to just plow through shit (books, anime, games) but now it's like pfffft why do that shit when I can watch football all weekend and discuss it all week. Football!!! YEAH!!!!
I got the Teknoman/Tekkaman Blade series DVD's used. They were better than I remembered.
So Hanasaku Iroha just ended, and even though I thought I'd dislike the ending, it turned out great. Kinda-sorta bittersweet, but pretty great nonetheless, with a sense of closure. There were a few filler-y episodes here and there, but for the most part it was really fun to watch. I can easily recommend this to anyone in need of a decent slice of life show to sit through.
Bakamonogatari
So, it seems I'm finally getting back into the swing of things. I finished the original Patlabor series (decent enough), and went through Daughter of Twenty Faces since I really wanted a crime caper series, something like Kaitou Jeanne, Saint Tail, or D.N. Angel; as it turned out, I got nothing like that, instead getting something like ROD TV done worse...rather a pity, though seeing three copies of Tokyo Tower almost blow up the city was all sorts of funny when you think about it. I am now working through the original Macross series. It's amazing how completely spoiled we are now with CGI animation and error correction, much less the budget explosion after anime got recognized by the suits upstairs as big with the "right" audience market (read: creepy otaku with expendable income). Early 80s animation done purely by hand without budgeting for proper QA checks or the time/ability to fix mistakes short of a complete redo of the offending scene is so amazingly bad at times, it's simply amazing. Ah, I love it so.
Also, Kaifun is kinda a jerk.
baka and test. give it a B
shounen
First episode of Persona 4. Not bad at all. ^_^ I couldn't really have asked any more of an anime adaptation of the opening events of the game. I was happy that they kept all the game music, too. <3
Fate/Zero, then Persona 4 the Animation when it gets subbed.
Same here.
I'm quite satisfied with the adaptation. The art was a bit lacking at times, but the vivid colours and overall style completely made up for it. I was also happy to hear all the familiar tunes from the OST. Looking forward for this one to make an appearance in the next episode. Really nice touch with all the game references, too, especially that cut-in/critical hit with Zio at the end.
The pacing might feel a bit foo fast for all the newcomers who aren't familiar with the source material, though. Not that I can't understand the decision - they are, after all, compressing a 60-80 hour-long game into a TV show. All in all, they did a splendid job.
I watched the RahXephon OAV. I really liked the theme, what with tones and sound waves affecting reality and alternate dimensions.
Tremors - Enjoyable B-movie monster flick.
Desperado - Was kind of cheezy actually but Selma Hiyek is so fine its unbelievable.
The Discreet Charms of the Bourgeoisie - They just want to have a nice dinner together but it keeps getting interrupted. Oh, upper middle class, youse gots so many problems.
I'm watching Blassreiter which seems like it was made for me. I'm just getting to the part where:
Spoiler warning:
It's a bit on the emotionally manipulative side, which seems to help a younger audience determine clear differences between right and wrong or when extreme violence is justified, but it's kind of silly to an older viewer like myself. I'm really enjoying the racing/demonic weaponry themes though.
