Going fishing tomorrow, gonna be sweet.
I disagree.
I can't afford to be cheap.
I'm getting a snazzy necklace with it, weeee. :D
It's an old russian saying. The idea is basically that, when confronted with the choice between paying (for example) $10 for something of crap manufacture and $25 for something less crap, the $25 purchase usually ends up being more cost effective in the long run.
Oh okay.
Wait...if you're calling Gears a crap game that was one hell of a clever way to say it.
I'd rather pay for a game that'd actually have length and replay value than get Gears for cheap, which'd leave me out cash and still needing a new game to play before long?
Well, if the multiplayer is at least fun as it was in the beta, and I've got four, five friends to play it with, I'd say it's a good replay value for the game.
Killed it :(.
Thats our cue to rifle through its pockets.
Hmm. To play Megaman & Bass, or not to play it?
Tis a puzzling question.
Whoever introduced me to both GURPS and the HERO system is an evil person and I hate them.
Dude.
Hybrid.
I'm off.
It could be worse. There's always worse.
Speaking of worse, for some dumb reason I've started recording this run of MM&B. It can't end well given that my usual lack of gameplay skill is exacerbated thrice over when it comes to the MM series.
As long as it gets me out of having to do Soccer and Battle & Chase.
Haha. 2gb for 5 minutes of footage.
Fuck you, uncompressed AVI.
Hey, Ray, quick Nier question. Any tips for the boss-type shade on the Belated Letter quest? I can get the meter to appear, but I can barely do anything to it (a triple dark lance barely seems to knock off one...)... Is there a suggested magic I should use, or am I just that underlevelled?
I didn't have any problems. I think it might have an anti-magic aura. Consider using a good sword. Repeatedly using Phantasm then hitting it while it's down can do wonders against most basic shades. Unless it's the type that can't be knocked down. In that case, just enable health meters and whittle it down with circle strafing and hit & run tactics.
Nope, no aura. It's just one of those large ones (there's another that appears randomly between the village and Seafront that looks exactly like it, but is apparently much stronger (Dark Blast doesn't do any noticeable damage and it can take me out in one hit. This one receives damage from it, and takes 2 hits to kill me) that cause the "Boss HP meter" to appear at the bottom of the screen (and I can't avoid it, since it's part of this quest. Invisible walls.).
Maybe I'll be able to keep avoiding it enough to finish it off. I see this taking quite a while, though :P
Got him. Oddly enough, the lance seemed to increase in power after I died a few times..... Though nothing else did.
Ha, my biggest problem right now is a giant pig.
Rofl I Just noticed i got an onlive key for 2 indie games xD

I'll probably end up having to play all the new A+++ titles released this year on my 360, since I'll be having to borrow them from my uncle and he won't buy anything for PS3. :dread:
