Well, if you do get any money just spend it on external HDD's.
And pirate everything.
Even at your speed you should be able to get a few movies every night (while you sleep).
Tv shows will take a little longer, but if you're patient and plan things properly you should always have something to watch.

And no need to watch tv broadcasts.

That's what I did for many years and have amassed a sizable collection of films.

Also you can get live streams of tv shows, very popular ones mind you.

Somewhat on topic. That HDD I had trouble with a while back was completely fucked. Lost 500GB of movies and shows. So I went home and beat the oul one.

Yeah I download all tv shows I watch because I hate watching commercials. :pirate:
