Happened to over-cook the quinoa, it was still really good though. Luckily it still had some texture to it, unlike when you over-cook oatmeal. A little milk/cinnamon/brown sugar added to it and it was delicious. :]

Getting hungry again myself. I only cooked a half cup of quinoa though. Might have to go toast an english muffin or something.
