I'm wondering if the Five Stars made Atom Bomb Baby about Diana Ross, she's hot.
She could be added as an NPC with a mod, singing Chain Reaction with a custom radioactive bazooka. As a player character she'd have 5 Strength for Heavy Weapons, 5 Perception(starts with 4, +1 from Perception Bobblehead at the Museum of Freedom in Concord) for Demolitions Expert bonus nuke damage, adding points to Intelligence as she levels up for Nuclear Physicist nuke damage bonus. Starting with 5 Charisma to be Local Leader settlement builder by reading the You're SPECIAL magazine under Shaun's crib in Sanctuary to raise Charisma one point. Charisma boost from wearing red sequins dress, adds armor to arms in major battles. 2 Endurance for Toughness and armor rating wearing only dress. There's no permadeath, Endurance being low isn't an issue with expert play and reloads.
I need to get a new keyboard soon I have a standard logitech keyboard on my watchlist at $12 but was wondering about others.
what are the differences between a standard and mechanical keyboard?
are there any good options for either that are $30(including shipping)or less?
Can also be a build for Bob Ross 'happy little mushroom clouds' character, without Local Leader or high Charisma focusing on Intelligence since he's not a crossdresser wearing women's clothing though it would be funny.
As NPCs they'd be synths recreating them hundreds of years in the future like Nick Valentine. If they're added by a mod, anyway. Railroad or Institute faction. For gaming mechanical is better, here's an example. Sold out at the moment.

Standard is cheaper but less durable and used for gaming doesn't last long.
Durability and portability. Refurbished mechanical is a low cost option.Quote:

Also, greetings from Miami. Guess what song belongs in Vice City's time setting.

Garbage Pail Kids were brand new back then, I thought it was absolutely hilarious. I hated Cabbage Patch Kids dolls, boys would play with them. I was into Transformers and Voltron. Collected Garbage Pail Kids cards, baseball cards and comics.
yeah I've kinda noticed that standards don't last long when used for gaming that's why I need to get a new one.okay looks like I'll look into a refurbished mechanical if they have replaceable keys that would save in the long run since I'd only need to replace the few keys I use all the time.
transformers I loved them and marvel action figures GI joe and dc to a lesser extent, that makes you awesome in my book :winner:
I liked G.I. Joe but had a friend who had all of them to play with, we'd play with my stuff too. The best thing about action figures is storytelling franchise crossovers. Transformers meets Voltron then G.I. Joe enters the fray with Star Wars and He-Man. Then all of them gang way when Hulk and Godzilla start battling.
found a few mechanical kbs on ebay for under $30. currently I'm liking the look of the skytech gaming board.
I'm looking at another one that's $20 new but i don't really care for the RGB crap.
Been pretty bored lately. A lot of new games are just remakes. I like the Yakuza/Like a Dragon games, but they're starting to feel stale.
A bit under the weather. I think it's a bad cold starting. /nap
Chemicals in the environment from pollution speed up rate of mutation ending up in the landfills crows are commonly found in, crows are one mutation away from being smarter than many humans and are already smarter than some humans. It has potential to be worse nightmare than The Birds in rural and suburban areas.

In the end dipshits who don't care about the environment or science get just deserves. Snakes never stop growing and the only limit to their size is average year-round temperature. Here in Florida and in other states pythons are introduced and can't be eradicated. There are many morons that do everything in their power to undermine scientists and science over climate change and global warming that are going to be constricted and swallowed by 40+ foot long snakes.

Objection! Crows are intelligent. Humans are for the birds, however.
Here's another unofficial Fallout 4 game soundtrack.

Should I make a radio station mod with me voice acting as DJ?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lspNn8ZBAsI
I'd like to get Diana's permission if so, she deserves a synth NPC mod. Perhaps she'll be interested in voice acting for cutscenes and voicesets. I can synthesize anyone's voice, voice synthesis has been one of my specialties since college. But the real Diana voicing herself in Fallout sets a whole new level for her legacy in digital form.
Another NPC mod I have in mind is also a Ross, Bob as another synth with a MIRV nuke launcher and a 'happy little mushroom clouds' nuclear landscape artist.
That Internet keyword mass surveillance supercomputer spy center in Utah must think I'm talking about real life but I'm talking about disintegrating super mutant and raider bases in Fallout 4, must be pinging it hardcore with flags out of context.
Also, if you set your faction to super mutant using console commands and listen to them speak they are irredeemable monsters that should be exterminated without mercy or you'll end up dead and eaten. Setting your faction to raider to listen to them speak they are fucked up people who live in a fucked up world with no other means of survival in an urban environment with no arable land to grow crops or raise livestock so I pity them because they're regular people with humanity, fears, pain and problems who have redeemable aspects. Given that knowledge I often spare them by sneaking past them to bypass them while travelling. Sometimes it's kill or be killed by them.
But yeah, near Diamond City in Fallout 4 and in other areas with super mutants show no mercy. You'll get no quarter, give none. I for one hunt them for sport with a rifle and Dogmeat. If/when there are suiciders shoot the mini-nuke in its hand in VATS, goes kaboom taking out other supermutants in the blast area. If you miss retreat and let the suicider blow up attacking Dogmeat, who is invincible and recovers then sneak/headshot snipe the remainder in rinse and repeat retreat skirmishes.
I usually use Rifleman for rifle/shotgun and Heavy Guns for nuke launchers in my Fallout 4 builds. Takes care of nuclear wasteland business.
Another reason for Rifleman/Heavy Guns is the synergy of headshots on suiciders for mini-nuke ammo. Why attack raiders for their pipe pistol pea shooters? In Fallout 4 there are bigger schools of fish to krispy kritter in blast areas.
Easiest way to collect mini-nuke ammo is sneak/snipe headshot suicider to start attack sequence, if it survives headshot with rifle close in and use all your action points in VATS for shotgun headshots as the coup de grace. In instances where there is more than one suicider launching one mini-nuke on multiple suiciders you get two or more as ammo to delete supermutant and raider bases with.
By the way, drop mines while sneaking if you have any before sniping then pick up unexploded ones afterward. That's why sniping is best conventional strategy.
Indoors use shotgun in hallways, everything's close range. If you know there are enemies behind a door drop mines in hallway you're in, open door, toss grenade in the room, close door, stand next to door, then headshot whoever survived the grenade as they exit room in VATS to the side of their head with shotgun. If you don't take them all out that way retreat down the hallway and they eat mines. It's time consuming to place mines and pick them up but what's the hurry?
love going the sniper/shotgun route in most FPS games explosives can be fun at times too if they have a good blast radius automatics and pistols tend to get boring pretty quickly for me and the only time I've had any real fun with melee weapons was in postal 2&4 nothing beats crushing a persons skull in with a sledge hammer or severing their limbs with a machete.
thinking about fallout I keep getting the urge to go back to modding NV but everytime I think about how little my mods have been downloaded I lose interest. I mean sure I can make mods just for myself but I'd also like to share my creations and love of the game with the world .
Sniper/shotgun has outdoor long range and indoor close range covered. In Fallout it's the same perk tree for both. Add mines, grenades and nukes for overkill.
Melee is good for when you run out of ammo and to take out trash opponents for ammo. One perk in Major Leagues only hurts your opponents and melee conserves ammo, but you don't want to melee a suicider and it has limits as main focus.
it always felt like melee was an after thought after FO 1&2 especially late game in 3 when everyone packin energy weapons, incinerators, miniguns ect
the more I talk about the series the more I want to go back to it which is hard to as I'm currently playing NMS and that's taking up a huge chunk of my time I love that game.
:booger:
Gyp has yet to need replacement switches on his after a decade plus of usage. Springs might wear some eventually but having a key die on you is unlikely. It's a simple repair job if it happens if you get a simple board . I have one sitting around if you're interested but I'll see if Gyp wants it for a backup.
I'm currently looking at this here
and at least 1 other new one on ebay
Probably better off with eBay or wherever though, due to shipping. Corsair K70/90/95 and Razer Blackwidow can probably be had cheap enough if you're patient.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/267115128454? - Obviously you'd need a couple replacement keycaps for this particular listing but they come up pretty cheap with good frequency :revwacko:
https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/revi...-9109018-na-rv - I strongly dislike low profile keys myself but hard to beat that unless shipping is nuts.

I would love to go with a better or better/well known brand but my current is wearing out. I have had this logitech for some years and it was used when I got it
I did see this one but I really don't need all those extra keys plus it needs a new space bar key.
Looks like the stem for the key is something proprietary. I'd go for Cherry MX compatible stems no matter what board and switches you get. It'd make getting a key cap set much easier if you needed one at some point. I'd offer some spare keycaps I'm not using but I don't have spares for the Costar stabilizers used on the Rosewill board I linked.
I think it's best to buy things ahead of time before the supply line disappears and we can't buy anything imported. It'll take years before there are any factories in the US that manufacture electronics and computer peripherals to meet demand. Not that there's a likelihood there won't be an apocalypse before factories can be built since we can't import enough building materials.
Not mechanical but I do have a basically NIB (used single digit times) MS Natural Elite if you want it for the cost of shipping.
found a corsair k60 in my price range
here
doesn't have the volume control like the other one though and it's not new
Everybody freaked out about Y2K computing apocalypse but nobody is freaking out about no computing imports and no domestic computing factories any decade soon.
Corsair is alright, iCUE SUCKS :lol. Not sure on keycaps with that one.
:sadchair:
