In my opinion, maybe, Resident Evil: Survivor. I doubt someone haven't even tryed to end this game. It's short, and doesn't look like RE, but, it's nice to shoot zombies away. (I would play left 4 dead, but my PC won't run).

I think L4D is actually too overrated for my taste.

Oh, sorry my bad. I think I remember Capcom selling the license for Dino Crisis but not sure. They did release the two originals on PSN for download I think.
