What joystick are you using?
it recognises my joypad no problem, perhaps it doesn't support joysticks but i'm sure theres a way around it.

Dracula X Trainer 1.1.part01.zip
Dracula X Trainer 1.1.part02.zip
Dracula X Trainer 1.1.part03.zip
Dracula X Trainer 1.1.part04.zip
Dracula X Trainer 1.1.part05.zip
Extract all the Zip files then you should get 5 RAR files then just extract Part 1 of the RAR's and it should give you a Dracula X Trainer 1.1.exe file
