help with my computer

i downloaded the free trial version and it only detected 1 of the trojans that i have,now it seems that theres more trojans in my computer theyre spreading ineed help quickly please,ive tried almost everything and i dont think that giving format to my computer is a solution

i cleaned my system of sasser worm but now it says i have i-worm/sasser.e i downloaded the removal tool but didnt work
