Ok, I'm downloading a file, yet somebody is downloading that same file off of me. :S And I don't have anything in the download speed, but rather in the upload speed :S

Ummmm, what's your question? My guess would be that you are asking why you aren't getting a download from that person that is uploading from you? Or why are you uploading and not downloading.
Ok, the person getting the file from you is getting the pieces of the file you already have. If the program they use doesn't support the credit system Emule uses, it's not going to help you skip past people in their queue. Also, maybe they don't have parts of the file you are looking for. Also, just because you are uploading that file to one user doesn't mean that another user is going to send you the same file based on the fact that you are uploading. The credit system is not global and is not file dependent so it doesn't work that way.

yeah, I've been having the same problem, but still i've manage to download almost completely Chrono Cross
