It was patched, and I believe you.
I guess I will just wait til I can get some Verbatim DVD+Rs to burn Xenosaga Episode II and III.

Cool anyway your game is on the ESR compat list
P.S. I loved the XenoSaga games though I don't why they changed game play + graphics with each version but still a great collection to play through
re-opened

I test with games from my PS2 Games Collection (I have not finished, More for the next time)
Thank you I will add those in the next few days :)
I stopped testing a for a while, while I do other tests and due to lack of DVD+R's and HDD space
It's great to see someone continuing to contribute, most here don't/haven't yet still use ESR's method of booting :/
Wizardry: Tale of the forsaken land
NTSC: U
Media: DVD 5
Other:
This game was originally a CD, and for this ISO to burn to a DVD-5 and play on an ESR modded PS2, I had to create a dummy file to make the size over 1GB.
Dynasty Warriors 6
NTSC:U
Media: DVD 9
Other:
Like other DVD 9 games, this requires Toxic DL patcher.
Its been over a year since I did it, and I don't remember exactly, so its possible I did if its standard procedure in getting a CD to work on a DVD-5. The end product with ESR definitely works though.
I followed a similar guide to this when converting a CD to DVD. http://psx-scene.com/forums/f164/%5B...esr-use-58489/
Then I just patched the end product with ESR, then burned the game, and it worked.
I added another game in the above post. I'm going through ESR patched games atm to see if I got any more that aren't on the list.
Found another one:
King's Field: The ancient city
NTSC: U
Media: DVD 5
Other:
Just patch with ESR.
It's ok if you don't remember it's game dependant some games are required to have atleast the main exec patched other games patching will make the game not work
Some games I have had no luck with at all
P.S. thanks for King's Field: The ancient city
P.P.S. I will check back here at a later date but I will add all the games to http://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?80824 then
At the moment I am working on http://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?83089 for Dreamcast stuff

If my english is bad, i'm sorry, i'm french and i don't speak english very well (i think ^^)
I play most NTSC games on my PAL PS2 ;)
Thank you for your results :)
Added all the games burned by antfrob & gamerdude21 thanks again :)
antfrob you had a couple of games burned already on the list so I skipped those I think it was only 2 games though out your big list and just the [NTSC|U] versions :)
P.S. sorry that took so long too much to do and not enough time to get it all in lol
I got some FMV stuttering on Kingdom heart/Final Fantasy X/X-2/XII with Verbatim DVD-R or DVD+R (Burn Speed : 4x), but no stuttering with Philips DVD+R (Burn Speed : 4x)
I hope it'll be useful
I burn all my games with Verbatim DVD+R and all the games you mentioned do not stutter
Problem is you can't go on a brand name, there are at least 10 different versions of Verbatim DVD+R's every brand DVD has several versions made in different countries ect...
What makes it worse is you can't tell until you open the package and pop a disc into your PC then if you wanted the exact info required you can use DVD identifier
But your info is useless as it is :(
If those Philips disc work great for you though stick to them :)
Myself never had an issue with any DVD+R and have had some very cheap ones in the past and all have ran whatever I put on them
ok, i didnt know that, i thought it was the same version everywhere ^^, and personally i use the cheapest i can find
