This isn't really the place to ask that. Try making a topic in one of the appropriate help threads (I'm assuming you're using a community download link) and be sure to include more information like what you've tried downloading, where you got it from, and a link to the original source maybe.
GTA IV (PC) before the GFWL client is shutdown and forgotten about in May, so I'm in effect achievement hunting before they're unobtainable. :dread:

Is it possible to screw yourself out of a key in Ocarina? Because I opened the door that leads to this cool waterfall room, but there's no key in sight and there's a place where there seems to be a space for a block but the only one I found can't be moved anymore and its blocking a hallway and I wonder if I pushed the block the wrong way as there seems to be a chest in that general area.
You can't screw yourself out of any keys in the water temple, but it can certainly seem like you did. I can only suggest reading a walkthrough, or for something easier to follow, watch a walkthrough on youtube to get an idea of where all the keys are. The water temple is hell for first time players, trust me we've all been there.Quote:
