18 inches x 8 inches?! o_O That's your problem. The thing is huge. I'm surprised any services even uploaded it for you. There's no way your signature, with those dimensions, will fly here. Take that image into Photoshop, decrease it's resolution to 72, then use dimensions like the one I have, or Elmdor.
