long time forum rat. new to this one, though. this is one of my classic sigs. used to have one with strider hiryu in it. lost that one. was def. my best.
This is my new one that I did in paint. Too busy to use photoshop right now.
Just wanted to test it because itz not coming up for some reason.
Really bored...
testing testing :chinese:
I dont see my sig in old post but it might here. ^^ Just added it.
How does it look?

Not too bad.
*Glares at avatar URL option*
Tch, seems to be a bit tricky. "Invalid URL" my...ah. Well...

Ctrl+F5, Ctrl+F5, Ctrl+F5...there. They work. Oh, what fun we shall have together. Maybe. Or I'm just being eccentric for the sake of it.
A ciel for all seasons? I dig.

Sourced here. It's funny, though; I wasn't going to make a signature like this, but I see it and minutes later...
I am double-posting. It's a trivial thing, and I fail to see the import. I simply wish to see how something looks.
...
Whatever you wish, whatever you dream, it is merely that. A dream only, and never more.
http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t...cAesthetic.jpg
Sourced here. Another trivial thing, but one that it is best not to forsake. It is a matter of what one can and cannot do, after all.
Wow, that looks great, seriously. Very pretty.

Derived from fiamma, combined with a diminutive suffix.

Sourced here. Since I've been bouncing a bit, erratic as always with sigs not nearly as good as I used to make, though the sources remain just as good, if not better. I swear, though, that background gen looks naggingly familiar, and it's not just Twilight...
Nothing sexier...
Not true!

There we go, I beat you! :P
Given I used similar methods here to Monochrome, it seemed to fit.

testing.......
I like it.
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 117.2 KB (whichever is smaller).
Ooh, marginal fun.

Hmmm...somehow...and yet...nah. I don't think I shall. I'm a bit like that. I half want an ani-gif, but when I make it, I change my mind.
Blah blah Lunar 1 blah blah Luna blah blah all Evan's fault blah blah all the small text all over the place blah blah babbling to myself blah blah promotional material source here blah blah double post neener neener blah blah.
EDIT: Blah blah Lullaby avatar. Blah.
EDIT TO PREVENT TRIPLE POST MAYHEM:
You know, someday I'm not going to be the only one using this thread to test appearances before actually using it, like it used to be in the old days. Let's see, signature sourced here, avatar sourced here. Trying out the adjustment layers in conjunction with channel masking was rather interesting, but I do need to get a bit more creativity when it comes to bordering.

And something still bothers me about the guy on the right.
D:

Or maybe it's just me. The colour balance is also a bit off; I can't shift it too far in either direction without making the changes unnoticable or blatant.
B:

Well, as it is. I'll be sigless for a while longer.

The above was brought to you by a pique of laziness. From top to bottom, EDEN, Dream Party, Day Dream, and Lullaby.

PW:AA sprite rips. One more like this and I'll hit four. Wait, JPG and it's still animated? And still an invalid URL problem.
EDIT 4:
Four. I can link the source for Iris here, but there is no point in sourcing a picture taken physically beyond saying to take a stop by a nice lake in Korea. Well, at any rate, as above, it was a touch of laziness. The style is rather familiar, after all, though less effort went into the border feathering (it's barely visible here). The lighting proved a bit of a trick, but nothing complex. I would have done a torii, but for the minor facts that (a) it's quintessentially Japanese Shinto, and (b) it's Japanese Shinto.
Wonder why I named it Mercury Flow/Mirror Sight when I didn't add the figurative mirror, though...on the other hand...oh, now that's a shiny idea, and it won't take much at all. And I'll be able to make use of this and that.

Ah, shiny. Now, for sleepy-bye.
Double post. Apparently I tweaked one too many things, so the forum decided I had too many images. Well, a simple comparison to check how "valid" something is; after all, messing with people's heads is a bit of a pasttime. I can't do anything about my lack of skill or experience, but there are these little things I can try. The biggest problem is, of course, that it's too obvious a photomanip. Well, insofar as it's not really a photo. Umm....opinions? Advice? Random insults?

Between her and the background, I dunno... The lighting doesn't seem to match
Pretty much the entirety of the problem, since I couldn't seem to get it to work. Well, it ended up irrelevant for much besides practice. As it is, non?

I like. Mucho.
Only twice before: Ragnar (Grenda => Elmina) and Evans (Goddess Althena => Luna). Still a little amusing to be taking the "evil" side, though. It's also the first time using Gimp instead of Photoshop, too, since this machine doesn't have the latter and I wasn't planning on doing much online from here. It's quite different, needless to say, and I'm limiting myself to mostly source crops.
http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t...Rosesiggie.jpg
Hmmm...maybe if I desaturate the avatar a bit. I don't get this at all. No separate filter layers?
EDIT: *Sigh* Yeah, the filters are doing absolutely nothing. The blur tool itself is doing even less. I could understand if it didn't work on the pseudo-fractal (which is a shiny tool), but not on the base image itself.

Yeah, that's pretty much it for this, I think. There's this and that to consider, after all.
EDIT 2: Idle boredom and another desktop crop.

Still, I wasn't supposed to be doing anything like this here. As it is, so let it be, and thus shall we continue as we once were. And, of course, siggie and avvie.
Take revisit, and beg succor.

A spirit of solemnity, a sense of mourning, and always the eternal memory. That one remembers who came before, and carries that knowledge into the future with them. That is what these candles hold.

What do ya think...
It's, like, something odd. I don't know why I even made it; "made", of course, is a misnomer when it's two crops, a desaturate with a small layer mask for Kimiko, and a 1 px border. I mean, it's not as if I really think my present sig is all that great, but I'm not overly discontent with it. I rather like my present avatar, too. If I swapped it out for anything, it would probably be The Garden of Everything or especially Winter Lights. Still, I suppose I'll at least see how it looks here.
