Depending on the product, not especially.

Rereleases of arcade collections, Atari classics, and more recently Genesis games isn't exactly unheard of.

Konami has pulled off rereleasing MGS1 twice so far, once on each platform.

I have doubts there's anyone out there who wanted to do it but instead met a case of "Sony said no".

So my buddy, who just moved a week ago, just realized that he never grabbed Dead Space back.
