Well , she is the hokage of course she can you Genjutsu , even Gai knows how to undo a genjutsu :) , even Jiraiya can , its not just because you do not see him or her use one it means he ( or she ) cant use it , it could applay to Jounins as well .Quote:

LOL :lol:, I just looked at my Naruto episodes folder , those are the only ones i left of the fillers , i just watched when she flick them they are SOOOOOOOOOOOO scared of her , and LOL shikamru does not want to think about what happened between them :lol:.
SHippuuden 26 now that was awesome, finally lots of action packed scenes and also drawn in the style of naruto 133.
It was fucking awesome!!
