The Japanese GBA releases of Gyakuten Saiban do not contain English translations. The Japanese DS releases do however (Well, 1 and 2, and most likely soon 3. Not 4.
Also. The second DS game is pretty much the same as the second GBA game, nothing new. The first DS game contains everything the first GBA game does, but also has one extra chapter added. So. both are reduxes :D Third one as well, when it comes, but the fourth one is all new, made for DS originally, not GBA.
