You could try half.com. It's like an eBay marketplace. I don't know if they accept PayPal, since I usually use credit. Also, don't know if they have a UK version. >.>

£9.95 for Borderlands sealed on play/zavvi/amazon, free delivery.

Cheapest BIN copy on eBay is £10 + 2 delivery.
