I bought a copy of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence for PS2, totally an impulse buy. Played it when it was released damn near a decade ago, and it is still a fantastic game.
Probably the best of any 3D Castlevania...
Ah, I see. From what I read you only need to be level 10 to access the DLC so you won't even need to do the entire game again. I'll probably just play through the main campaign and only get the DLC if I'm really itching for more at that point. Has to be some really awesome DLC for me to spend 10 euros on it (which is the same price I got the main game for).
Ducktales Remastered
Medium is a little frustrating but thank god no time limit like in the NES version!
Metroid, Metroid II, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission. As you can tell I recently got hooked on Metroid hahaha! Lastly I re-fired up Super Mario Galaxy to play Super Luigi Galaxy mode and I gotta say once more how much better this game is compared to the sequel. Just sayin.
after seeing Amalur mentioned here(and digging up some info on it), I will probably be trying to buy a copy at some point in the future. But i'm not all that sure when i'll have the money for it.
EDIT
I might just trade in a few games to see if I can get enough to pick it up.
EDIT AGAIN
Wound up trading off 8 games and still having to pay another 10 and a half bucks, but I managed to pick up a copy(only stores around here are Gamestops)
Startedplayinggrinding Earth Defence Force: Insect Armageddon again. That :platinum: shall be mine!
Started Darksiders 2 to break the monotony of longer Amalur sessions. Good shit, although it doesn't quite run as well on my rig as the first game did. Oh well. Also, it appears I have all the DLC, which I wasn't aware of. I barely even remember what I buy on Steam, it seems.
Playing Sega Rally Online Arcade on the 360 at the minute, not long until I'll have my last couple of achievements in this game. :D
SNES - Super Mario World - Return to Dinosaur Land (Super Mario World hack)
Just started playing it today, so far it's been a very good game. I'm currently at Mushroom Plateau 3.
Long time no see, It's been a while since I last logged on here. Anyways, I've been playing (7th Dragon) for the DS.
What makes it unique to me is that its like a cross between Etrian Odyssey with its classes and Final Fantasy cause of the overworld layout and navigation.
Would recommend to avid classic rpg gamers who can put up with not knowing the full story since it's in Japanese.
Costume Quest
No Grubbins on Ice DLC purchased sadly (but I would once I got 10 bucks), yet it's really fun and a refreshing RPG
Wasn't cutting it, so I started Rogue Galaxy. Seemed really promising at first, with some really cinematic cutscenes. . . but the cartoony childishness is really turning me off, and the story isn't making the obnoxious encounter rate and simplistic battle mechanics worth my while.
Thinking of saying "fuck jarpigs" and start MGS Portable Ops. Because those never have silly stories.
Maybe you should play good jarpigs. Rogue Galaxy looks nice and the OST is swell but this is all accompanied by repetitive combat and a horseshit story.
