I have another question pertaining to Phantasy Star:
is there a Genesis emulator which has an auto/frame skip function tied to a hotkey? Gens requires opening a menu to activate/disable speedup, which is too inconvenient for me to bother with it.
If I could set up an emu like zsnes (I use the L2 button to speed through battles/boring bits), I'd spend a lot more time with the Genny.
Use Kega Fusion. It's the better emulator.
But nothing beats real hardware :<3:
I do need to get AVI cords for the genesis though, the RF switch just doesn't cut it, too staticy
Never use that smilie again.
You can only be a true dick if you're effective at it.
I'm tempted to just spam a bunch of them to be a smartass, but it disturbs me too. :disgust:
Instead, I'll give you a bunch of something disturbingly similar!

Rockin hard. Rock hard.
Are you guys poking each other again?
I sleep now.
Sorry, I can't help you there. Haven't used PC emulators in forever. If I play emulators it's usually on my modded XBOX or PS3. Frameskip for the XBOX emus can be set to almost any button/button combo.
Hardware is the best.
Ewww, RF? Eye-bleeding material right there. :sad-no:
I need to get SCART cables for all my older systems as well as a SCART->Component converter. Drool-worthy RGB.
