Well, most people I know have around 20 hours with an instructor, but the instructor said the average for people to learn to drive is 40-60

I've only had like 8 hours so far.

Coulda had Halo 3 ODST and Halo 3 for £1.98 each today, but didn't want them.

You need driving experience where you're at?

As soon as you hit 18 here you can take the test with regardless of experience.
