METASTASIS. Such an awesome word.
I have a question. Why do you still have a colon?
Don't let the door hit you in the cancerous growth on the way out :wav:
Nursing school is totally close enough.
At least close enough to be aware that medicine does not work that way.
Which is probably high school graduate now that I think about it....
cause they are trying to figure out how we are going to pay for the colonoskpy or whatever.
You all always know just what to say to make me feel better.
God on the money bless America.
TRANZKRYPTS.
lol
I may or may not be down with the Wu Tang.
Truly. And I'm not just saying that because it mixes the awesome meta with the totally sci-fi stasis. It's like the word was scientifically engineered in a lab somewhere to be badass.
Beats me. It's not like you need a colon to live. Why they'd bother saving it when you're that far along is anyone's guess. Maybe they just don't want to add to his already overflowing quantities of butthurt over skankzilla.
So now it's "all week". Motherfucker at least pick a lie and stick with it.
Morphiene doesn't have that level of effect on someone who regularly shoots heroine and chows down on opiates. Certainly not the small amount that is given medically. Your body acclimatizes to pain medication, you see.
Unless you made up that bit too.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have cancer in your colon, and the colon isn't a vital organ, it follows that they'll probably want to remove it, correct?
And if they don't remove it, and the tumor is malignant, it will probably metastasize and kill you. I would say that's a fairly high priority intervention, though certainly not as emergent as, say, someone with an uncontrolled arterial bleed.
I can't imagine that they would deny you treatment because you're not sure how you're going to pay for a colonoscopy. There are more than enough options for hospital billing that they could improvise something. And they're much more likely to complete the surgery and hound you the rest of your life in debt than refuse to treat you.
But you're saying it's already "spread," so the least of your worries should be how you're going to pay for a simple procedure. And you probably shouldn't bother sitting here writing these long posts to Ray. Shouldn't you be trying to get in touch with your wife and "your" son. How about your parents? I find it hard to believe that someone on their death bed is going to spend much time in the Hangout.
