I think the only thing I ever recorded were the Pokemon episodes when I was a kid. :wacko: VHS had that kind of warm, fuzzy glow to the picture quality though. I have all of the movies I used to own on VHS on DVD now, but something about watching them on tape just seemed better. Maybe it was because you had to rewind it. It was like the big pay off or something. :wacko:

I can't even remember what life was like before the advent of the internet. Very dark times indeed.

Only thing I really dislike about VHS is how movies had the sides chopped off to fit non-widescreen TVs, but other than that I agree with you. Tapes weren't that bad really.

I'm glad I had the internet by 10, I think I'd have been so bored growing up otherwise. Depressing isn't it? :wacko:
