You'll need to burn it. Boot from it and run setup on the drive that doesn't have vista.

Oh and you may need to use your vista CD again to setup the boot loader if XP doesn't.

I know you had to install from oldest to newest. Dunno about Vista and XP, but I presume it's still the same. Panda?
