I only like beef steaks. For actual flavour without having to do too much work, I like pork and chicken. Pork because the fat content is OH SO GOOD, and chicken because it absorbs flavours so well and is very versatile.
If you stuff the chicken with pulled pork and beef strips, you'll get the best of all three. :nod:
