Shotgun only run would be pretty easy, actually... provided that it was "shotgun or fist," since you don't start with a shotgun, and I can't recall if there's one lying around in that level. Usually they are picked up off the zombies.
Also, I say "easy" for the Knee Deep in the Dead episode. Less easy in Hell on Earth and Inferno.

It's Shoujo Manga Mode. Of course he's got an impressive package. It's not like they can give him long fluttery eyelashes (although I think it would be hilarious to see them try).

The most ridiculously awesome seller on eBay is this dude. Just in N64 games alone, he has over 375 games, both loose and boxed.

But then again, it's all NTSC-U. :shrug:

Yeah I can't play US carts without a silly region adapter which I'm not going to get. So I have to stick to PAL. :P
