I donnu, the NFL is out entirely for the money, and with a threat to have their anti-trust exemption removed as well other stuff....

What huge company isn't out for the money? I doubt anything will happen except maybe more fines. Either way, just goes to show that Boston is the armpit of the United States.
I thought that was Jersey?
I believe they don't deserve them, but the NFL aint gonna change a damn thing. Sucks, yeah I know but too much politics and drama just to change a few games around.
I think they're just trying to dog pile the Pats after not winning the Superbowl with more shit. Good.
Taking away old wins is seldom a good solution. Prize money, sponsor deals, player wages and a ton of things go to hell.
Since we don't get much football discussion around these parts I'll start posting here instead. :P
True. I remember coming home at 04.00 after the Sweden-Paraguay game to post there and photochop pictures of Freddie. ^_^ Yeah, I'm geeky. Sadly it was the only good moment for us that time.
Arsenal have United in the FA cup and Milan in the CL coming up too. I could always bump that other footie topic and post ":fdance: :winner: :muhaha:" unless we screw up there.
/Hijack! :x
All you Europeans, feel free to hijack this thread to talk about socc- I mean European football.
With the Superbowl played for this year, U.S. football is pretty much done until fall.
And what else is there to talk about on the U.S. sports scene?
That Clemens will probably be joining Bonds at some point in a cell block for several months?

Hardly anyone cares about the NBA till the playoffs.
So, what's left? Golf? You wanna talk about Tiger Woods?
Maybe we can talk about the UFC or something...
Baseball!
I don't get if the "futball" part is supposed to be some kind of joke. Like a weird, english accent or something. :P
Edit: SO, ARSENAL - UNITED TOMORROW, HUH!? Shame the next game will be the CL playoff. Especially since there's a ton of injured players already.
Oh, Robin...
Edit: Headbutting an opponent? Not *that* common. :O
Turns out people noticed today's FA cup game. Ahem. >_<
Hoyte and Traoré are insufficent and lacking in confidence, Gallas was horrible and Touré wasn't much better. No defence = trashing. Not that United sported their best eleven.
Eh, I could go on saying bad things about the entire team, but I'll totally laugh at Liverpool instead. :P Oh, I really, really, really wish that Wenger would give up on Bendtner though.
Edit: Did anyone catch the Eboue s/o? Hilarious stuff. I stopped watching after my stream broke down in the 60th minute btw, haven't even checked the final score, though I expect they made another goal or two.
Edit: Fletcher was pretty ace, by the way. :disgust:
