The reason I suggested the other way was to avoid putting "PC" at the beginning, to avoid people glancing over it and thinking it's the PC section.

Well if you don't have any isp issues it might just be that the device needs to be replaced. A lot of them are cheap and crappy so need replacing after a few years.
The one I'm using atm should probably be replaced...I think its buffer goes mental sometimes :shrug: and I have to do a reset to fix the connection.
