Good ol' denatured alcohol. Apparently awesome for removing an acrylic clear coat from raw steel. Did that shit to my arcade stick top panel after the (non-rustproofing) clear coat chipped somehow. Soaked it in a paint roller tin for around two or three hours and was able to (almost) effortlessly remove the no-longer-clear coat with a bullshit little 2" dull pocketknife.
I just wish I had some different levels of sandpaper to buff out the knife scratches and imperfections in the steel. All I have is 220grit sandpaper and a worn sanding block. D: I'm gonna dig around in the garage to see what else we might have.
Gonna go get a 650W CoolerMaster PSU tomorrow, hopefully, and a SATA DVD-RW.
Then all I need is my CPU in the post. Oh and a SATA HDD.
What are you planing to do with it? I wish i had the time to do that kind of stuff.
