rocket launcher?! I don't recall having one. suffice to say I couldn't beat him I was really low on ammo and had no way of getting more. I uninstalled it after that.

You can buy one anytime as long as you have the money 30,000 I believe. And a convenient merchant right outside the dudes door too.
