No, the only things that can be dual-wielded are knives, bows, slicers, claws, staffs, and needlers.

yeah after reading this it came back to me. the last time I played I got to the cyborg city then ended up buying two swords thinking I could dual wield them but found I couldn't. I nearly made the same mistake before posting then i though hmm maybe i should find out.

I do believe I have watched enough 9/11 footage to last me another 10 years.
