I have the undub of ToE added to the main site but there is one lil problem with it, the select button informative skits are not subbed so you better know jap or use the Eng voice one as reference or a strat guide to tell you where to go.
Growlanser 4 is not related to any other in the series and its damn good despite the "literal" translation, the gameplay is like a strat RPG but not quite, it feels kind of like Chrono Trigger in a way.
I got the undub here in the forums as well as Star Ocean 1&2 and a few other Undubs.
