Possibly. I have a decent soldering gun, but getting the solder to span the gap between the chip and the board seems impossible. I think it would be much easier to install if it had wires like all the other chips.

1 and 2 are easy, you just drop solder on them. But 3 through 6 are a bitch. They look pretty close in the pic, but the actual chip is just under an inch long TOTAL, and the thickness of the chip makes getting the solder to dop very hard.

If you're gonna be soldering chips and the likes, you'll want a pen.

I didnt snap him back one, becuase i was sorta friends (Hard to explain, you know them and they know you, but not well, more of a "we cool" sorta feel) with his older brother. He got pay back from his bro thou.
