Movies I've recently seen are... Die Hard, which is a great movie. Night at the Museum which had it's ups and downs, and 1408, which I personally liked. Just finished Hot Fuzz as well. I thought it was pretty good.
Run Fat Boy Run.
I liked it.
SAW 4 DVD :good:
Latest thing ive seen was John Carpenters' "The Thing". After watching it, I now understand the title ^_^. Kurt Russell is probably one of my favourite actors, and he did a pretty good job here too. Also went to a friends place a while back for a movie night that he simply deemed as 'bad'. Amongst them were Troll 2 and the Prom-night series, both of which I think fail as horrors.
Misery.
Crazy shit. I thought it was pretty awesome, but it doesn't help that I am already a James Caan Fan.
The Ant Bully - Pretty mediocre.
The Emperor's New Groove - Surprisingly hilarious. Always thought it looked crap back when it came out, but it's the best Disney movie I've seen in forever. ^_^
Black Swan - Absolutely brilliant. One of the best movies I've seen this year without a doubt!
Enchanted - Really, really cute. But then I kind of knew I'd like it. ^^;;; No idea why I never watched it 'til now.
The Grinch - Kind of bad, but funnier than I expected because of Jim Carrey's completely over the top performance.
Hercules - Story and script were quite boring, but lovely songs. ^_^ Also James Woods is awesome.
Over the Hedge - Quite cute, if a bit forgettable.
Scrooged - Average movie made slightly better than average by Bill Murray.
Spy Kids - Crap.
Yes, I watched a lot of bad Christmas TV. ^_^
Finally got around to watching Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist last night, in the throes of my sickness. It was actually shockingly good -- I really enjoyed it.
I saw Devil a few days ago. It was pretty average, but somewhat entertaining.
Watched Inception earlier today. Great movie, enjoyed it a lot.
My thoughts exactly.
MINDFUCKKKKKKKK
The Faculty, a movie I liked when I was younger. It was ok I guess.
Van Helsing & London Assignment. Awesome .
The Last Exorcism. Though it was really good! And holy fucking shit, that ending. Totally didn't see it coming.
Edit, because I have some additional thoughts. There will be possible spoilers, but I'll try not to write anything too specific.
Spoiler warning:
Full Metal Jacket.

The Last Airbender. A well meaning but woefully uninformed relative gave it as a present, so as a lesson in research I invited her to watch it with me. I then gave her a list I wrote up of all the oddities and inexplicable changes in it.
On a happier note, The Seven Samurai and Death Note.
Re-Cycle
It's some funky stuff. I need to watch Forest of Death but the only copy I found had Russian dubs right over the Chinese :S.
Paranormal Activity 2. I liked it, but it's not as good as the first one. The ending was cool, though, because it explained stuff that wasn't really explained in the first one. For example,Spoiler warning:
Indeed.
Also, Hot Fuzz wants its ending back. FOR THE GREATER GOOD.
I finely got to see Iron Man 2, I thought it sucked. Everything was there but some things were left dull. I feel they tried to introduce to many new characters in one movie HAMMER, War Machine, Nick Fury(Great actor wrong roll) Black widow. Still the action was good and I love to see Marvel characters on the big screen.
Black Swan: Great flick.
And soon the Darkness: Meh. Typical stuff.
Scott Pilgrim vs The World: Freakin' awesome!
House (1986): Oh, so much cheese.
Baby Boy: Probably my favorite of all 'ghetto' movies, next to Fresh.
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. I thought it was good, but I don't think it lived up to the reviews it got. Maybe I was just expecting too much.
Shutter Island. Pretty awesome flick. Excellent ending, too, though really depressing.
Black Swan - Someone explain to me why this movie's supposed to be so good. I was actually really looking forward to seeing it after the great things I've heard, and while it wasn't bad, it was just... I dunno, not very interesting at all.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World - The fight scenes were awesome, everything else sucked. I didn't let out a single chuckle during the entire movie, and it's supposed to be a comedy. It doesn't help that every time I see Michael Cera's face, I want to punch it, and that a slice of cheese has better acting skills than him.
Just saw this too. Have to agree, Scott was a douche and I didn't buy him & Ramona being in love or being compatible enough to even like each other. Whatever, visuals were cool, the rest, not so much.
Role Models - Really enjoyed this. Funny the whole way through.
Rock and Rule - I love more adult cartoons and this was all kinds of epic.
Kick Ass - Liked it a lot. Nick Cage is at his best being a lunatic.
Urban Justice. Seagal delivers as usual.
Seagal movies would be better if there was less swearing. Against the Dark was hilarious.
In the process of watching Iron Man. And trying to figure out why I've never seen this movie before.
I'm enjoying it, so far. It's on TV, so there's lots of commercials, though. >.> oh well. And I missed the first 15 minutes.
I've been meaning to check them out for a while, but never got around to it. And I don't like to download movies... I don't mind the occasional TV show, but I can't watch a 2 hour plus long movie on my laptop, and don't have the energy to burn them to DVDs.
1 was good. I think I missed a bit due to the commercials and the fact that TV cuts stuff out to make it fit into a time slot, so I'll probably rent it one day anyways. I have heard good things about the second one as well, but again... never got around to it.
Also, just watched Sweeney Todd with my roommate.
