No, it's just a complete inability to read sheet music at any sort of speed, even on my own. :P And that Nocturne is a pretty easy one as far as Chopin goes. It's supposed to be Grade 7 or something, but I don't think there's anything especially technically challenging in it. I had more trouble learning Mozart's Sonata Facile, and that's like...an ultra cliched intermediate piano player's piece. :P
