I can't find anything on your board ATM. Go to Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Adapter tab and tell me what adapter it is.

I donnu, S3 drivers are pretty crappy. And I can't find specs on it. You should totally upgrade to an 8800GTS or something :P
Oh and don't forget that alot of emulators are more CPU dependent than GPU.
