However, PCSX2 is not the measuring tool for CPU power these days I think.

In FFXIV when I'm standing in the middle of a major city with a hundred people onscreen my framerate takes a nosedive to like 30 from the usual 50-60. :wacko: On a high end CPU it wouldn't be a problem even in those situations.

Oh Gare just wait for the day you can battle Odin. On PS3 you are lucky if you can even see half the people fighting him without it catching fire. :wacko:

I played Far Cry 3 on ultra settings with my rig so I'm pretty happy.

I'm really suprised by how light the Dunia Engine 2 is and it still looks damn good. Even on my rig (which is old) I can play Blood Dragon without any slowdowns, and I'm playing on Ultra (By the way, Blood Dragon is a damn great game)

Yeah I've seen some videos, looks intense. The amount of players seems to be around the same as the crowds I usually see in the three main cities so hopefully I can maintain at least 25-30 FPS and it won't turn into a slideshow... but I'm not getting my hopes up. :wacko:

I have no trouble with crowded areas in the cities but Odin is a complete nightmare. Pretty sure you'll be fine though. Once I joined a party as scholar but I couldn't heal anyone because I didn't see them... :wacko:
